INGREDIENTS

3 t Coriander
pn Ground Ginger
2 t Sugar
2 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
2 t Vinegar
1/2 t Salt
1/2 t Black Pepper
1 lb Peeled Shrimp
Oil For Deep Frying

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all of the ingredients except the prawns, and oil for frying.
Coat the prawns with this mixture and leave for 3 hours. Deep-fry in
hot oil, drain on absorbent paper.  Serve hot. Posted to
