INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Oil the baking pans. (I prefer small ones--they're about 3 X 7 or so.)
3. Mix together all ingredients except baking powder. Stir well.
4. Add baking powder and stir well for 30 seconds. Pour mixture into 4
greased loaf pans.
Bake for 30-40 mins, or until a knife or probe inserted in middle comes out
clean.
NOTE: the amounts for the spices and the molasses are not carved in stone.
If you love cinnamon but hate ginger, then omit the ginger and use more
cinnamon.
This recipe is very simple, and onlytakes 5-10 minutes to make, but
