GENERAL
TO DECORATE
Preheat the oven to 180 °C, 350 °F, Gas Mark 4.
Peel the pears, leaving them whole with the stems on.
Put them into an ovenproof dish and sprinkle them with the spices. Pour in
the grape juice.
Bake the pears, uncovered, for 40 minutes, or until they are tender.
Serve with natural yogurt spooned over the top.
