INSTRUCTIONS
Place pecans in a mixing bowl. In a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in
cumin and cayenne. Stir until mixed (about 10 seconds). Pour over pecans
and toss well. Sprinkle sugar and salt over pecans; stir to coat. Spread
pecans in a baking pan. Bake at 300 degrees until toasted, stirring
occasionally, about 20 minutes. Cool and store in airtight container.
Yield: 5 cups.
