INSTRUCTIONS
Boil the potatoes in their jackets, allow them to cool peel them and cut
into bite size cubes. Heat the oil over a medium heat, in a non stick pan
(important or the potatoes will stick) Add the potatoes and brown , stir
occasionaly . When the potatoes are brown add the salt, garam masala,
cumin, coriander and chilli powder, stir gently and mix until the potatoes
are fully coatedwith the spices. These are great served on cocktail sticks
with drinks.....enjoy....
