INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Yogurt
2 tb Orange Juice
2 tb Sugar
1/2 ts Ground Cinnamon
1/8 ts Ground Nutmeg
2 c Rome Apples; Coarsely Chopped
1 1/2 c Shredded Cabbage
1 c Shredded Red Cabbage
1 md Granny Smith Apple; Coarsely Chopped
2 tb Chopped Walnuts; Optional
1 tb Dried Currants

INSTRUCTIONS

DRESSING
SLAW
Stir dressing ingredients until sugar is dissolved; set aside.
Combine slaw ingredients; toss with dressing. Chill 30 minutes before
serving.
