INSTRUCTIONS
TOPPING
In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add shortening, applesauce and
eggs; beat until well mixed. Stir in chocolate chips, walnuts and raisins
if desired. Pour into a greased 13-in x 9-in x 2-in baking pan. Combine
topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes
or until cake test done.
