INSTRUCTIONS
I had this for dinner today. It was pretty good, and was something
different for a sandwich. You could also stuff a pita with it. I got the
recipe from "Simply Vegan" by Debra Wasserman.
Mash the beans with a potato masher. Add horseradish and onion. Spread on
whole wheat bread with some ketchup and leaf lettuce. Yum! Mine kept well
in a baggie for 5 hours.
