INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat the oil in a medium saucepan until almost smoking.
2. Add the onions and cook until translucent.
3. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for an additional minute.
4. Add the carrots and bok choy and cook until bok choy just begins to
wilt.
5. Add the stock, reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 2 - 3 minutes.
6. Add the chili paste, sesame oil, soy sauce, beef, and noodles, and
simmer for an additional minute.
7. Serve in large bowls.
