INSTRUCTIONS
The Idaho Power sends a recipe each month with its bill. I suppose they
hope it will reduce the sting you get when you read the amount of the bill.
However, I have always found that their recipes are good, so here is one:
(I left red pepper flakes out because I don't like too much of that kind of
heat in what I eat.)
Place green onion and broccoli slaw or shredded cabbage in a large bowl. In
a small bowl, combine dressing ingredients and sg\tir well. Pour over salad
and toss well. Cover and marinate for two hours in the refrigerator. Serves
six.
This looked like an awful lot of salad when I made it, but somehow the
dressing soaks in and you don't have nearly as much as you think. Posted to
