INSTRUCTIONS
Blanch noodles in boiling water until soft and drain in a colander. Slice
spring onions and chicken breast into strips about 2 inches long.
Heat oil in a wok and saut. garlic until brown. Add chicken strips and cook
until opaque. Add noodles, spring onions and beansprouts then stir-fry over
a high heat for 2 minutes.
Add water, salt, chilli and hoi sin sauce and continue to stir-fry for 1
minute until well incorporated.
