INGREDIENTS

175 g Cooked chicken; diced (6oz)
1 sm Red pepper; chopped
4 Salad onions; chopped
25 g Raisins; (1oz)
125 ml Reduced calorie mayonnaise; (4floz)
2 ts Mild curry powder
2 ts Garam masala
1 ts Cumin
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 pk Assorted seeded rolls

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place the chicken, pepper, onions, raisins, mayonnaise, spices and
seasoning in a bowl and mix well.
2. Cut a circle from the top of each bun and reserve. Fill with the chicken
mixture and replace the bun top.
3. Serve on a bed of lettuce, garnished with tomato and parsley.
Alternatively serve with pitta bread.
