SPICY SAUCE
Preparation : Bring a large kettle of water to a boil; add 1/2 tsp.salt and
the noo-dles. Boil 1 1/2 minutes, until the noodles are just done. Drain
and rinse with cold water to cool. Drain well and toss with 1 1/2 Tb.
ses-ame oil. Mix the ingredients for the sauce and set aside. Shred the
chicken, ham and vegetables. To serve, place the noodles on a platter.
Surround with the meats and vegetables. Top with the sauce and sprinkle
with the toasted sesame seeds.
