INGREDIENTS

Chicken breast halves (or use whatever combo of skinless/boneless appeals to you) |

Salt and freshly ground pepper |

Fresh orange juice |

Chopped parsley |

Olive oil (up to) |

Fresh hot chiles; seeded; minced. Use a combo of red and green for best effect. I've used Serranos; but Thai; or others would work well. |
INSTRUCTIONS
Rinse chicken with cold water and pat dry. Place in glass dish, or plastic
bag, season with salt and pepper. Mix remaining ingredients together and
pour over chicken. Marinate at least 2 hours, or overnight in refrigerator.
BBQ over hot coals 6-8 minutes, turn and baste with marinade. Continue
turning and basting until just cooked through, about 16-20 minutes total.
