INGREDIENTS

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a blender, blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
Transfer the cottage cheese to a bowl and add the mayonnaise, horseradish
and cayenne. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Serve at room
temperature or cover and refrigerate. Bring to room temperature before
serving.
