INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Fry the vegetables for 1-2 minutes. Add
the Jamaican Jerk Seasoning and the prawns.
Blend the cornflour with the stock and add to the pan. Bring to the boil,
stirring.
