INSTRUCTIONS
"Stolen" from Better Homes and Gardens New Casserole Cookbook
In a baking dish, stir together undrained tomatoes, tomato juice, rice,
onion, celery, green pepper, chicken bouillon granules, garlic powder, and
red pepper. Arrange the chicken pieces on top of the rice mixture. Sprinkle
chicken with salt and pepper, and paprika, if desired. Cover with foil.
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes or till chicken and rice are
tender.
