INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the mango, onion, jalapeno, cilantro and lime juice. Season to
taste with salt and pepper. Cover and set aside. May be prepared up to 1
day in advance, covered and refrigerated. Bring to room temperature before
serving.
Yield: 1 cup
