INSTRUCTIONS
*use bottled sauce such as Heinz Chili Sauce, Bennett's, etc.
Combine first six ingredients. Spread into a ungreased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2
1/2-inch standard loaf pan, or you may use one of those pans that drain of
the grease to the bottom pan (cook's recommended method). Bake at 375° for
1 hour; drain excess drippings. Spoon chili sauce over cooked loaf.; bake
an additional 15 minutes.
Cooks notes again: be sure to let the loaf "set-up" at least 10 minutes
before slicing. It *will* fall apart otherwise.
