1 ts Ground ginger
1 lb Lean ground beef

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine all ingredients and blend well.
2. Shape into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
3. Bake in 300 degree oven for 12-15 minutes, turning once.
4. Serve with wooden picks.
