INGREDIENTS

1/2 t Coriander seeds, ground
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1 t Fresh ground black pepper
3 T Vinegar
3 T Lime or lemon juice
1 t Salt
1 t Sugar
1/4 t Dried ground chili peppers
2 c Cooked pork, cubed small
1 lb Cooked shrimp, diced small
1 Cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 t Mint

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine in a bowl the coriander, garlic, pepper, vinegar, lime juice,
salt, sugar and chili peppers. Add the pork, shrimp and cucumber.  Toss
