INSTRUCTIONS
* Jalapeno chiles should be seeded and finely chopped.

Heat all ingredients to boiling in a 2 quart saucepan; reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer 1 hour; stirring occasionally. Makes about 5 cups of
sauce.
