INGREDIENTS

10 oz Tofu; lowfat, cubed
1/2 c Apricot halves; dried
1/2 c Prunes; pitted
1/4 c Raisins
1/2 c Orange juice
1/4 c White wine; dry
2 tb White wine vinegar
1 tb Cornstarch
2 tb Sugar
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Allspice
3 c Rice; cooked, brown

INSTRUCTIONS

Put tofu, apricots, prunes, and raisins in crockpot. In small bowl combine
other ingred. Mix to dissolve cornstarch. Pour over tofu and fruit. Cover
and cook on low for 8 hours. Serve over rice.
