INGREDIENTS
10 | oz | Tofu, lowfat cubed |
1/2 | c | Apricot halves, dried |
1/2 | c | Prunes, pitted |
1/4 | c | Raisins |
1/2 | c | Orange juice |
1/4 | c | White wine, dry |
2 | T | White wine vinegar |
1 | T | Cornstarch |
2 | T | Sugar |
1/2 | t | Cinnamon |
1/2 | t | Allspice |
3 | c | Rice, cooked brown |
INSTRUCTIONS
