Baste with the marinade. Put a thin slice of Italian bread in one hand. Place the skewer with the cooked meat onto the bread. Wrap the bread around the meat and pull the meat off the skewer. Eat as a sandwich. These are great served with potato salid or any other picnic food. EAT-L Digest 17 July 96 From the EAT-L recipe list.
