Fresh spinach
1 T Balsamic vinegar
1 T Rice vinegar
2 T Water
4 t Honey
2 t Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper
To taste
1 c Thickly sliced fresh
Strawberries
1 Thinly sliced red onion

INSTRUCTIONS

Tear spinach into bite sized pieces and place in salad bowl. In a
separate bowl whisk together vinegars, water, honey, mustard, salt  and
pepper. Add to the spinach and toss lightly. Add strawberries and
