Name: Spinach-Apple Toss
Ingredients: 2 Bags fresh spinach; 2 Tart red apples; sliced; 8 sl Bacon; fried crisp & crumbled; 2/3 c Salad dressing or mayonnaise; 1/3 c Frozen orange juice concentrate; thawed

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash & dry spinach leaves; tear into bite-size pieces. Combine spinach,
apples & bacon. Mix mayonnaise & orange juice; pour over spinach mixture &
toss lightly. Serves 8.
