INGREDIENTS
| 1 | Stick butter or oleo | |
| 2 | pk | (10 Oz.) frozen spinach |
| 1 | lg | Can artichokes |
| 1 | pt | Sour cream |
| 1/2 | c | Onion; chopped |
| 1/2 | c | Parmesan cheese |
| Salt & pepper |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook spinach as directed. Drain well. Saute onions in butter. Mix all ingredients together and place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Stir in Parmesan cheese and sprinkle some on top.
