1 | Artichoke hearts, chopped in | |
small pieces 14 ounce | ||
1 | c | Spinach, finely chopped |
1 | c | Parmesan cheese, freshly |
grated | ||
2 | Pre-baked 8" pie shells |
INSTRUCTIONS
To make the custard, mix the ingredients together. Place spinach, artichoke hearts and cheese into pie shells. Add the custard mixture. Place in a 375 degree oven and bake 45 minutes to one hour until the custard is set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. If using processed Parmesan cheese, use less salt in the custard mix.
