INSTRUCTIONS
Thaw and drain spinach. Add eggs, cheese, salt and pepper and onion. Bake
in Pam sprayed 9" pie pan or 8" square pan at 375 F. for 35-40 minutes. or
Microwave for 9-10 minutes, turning once. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
