INGREDIENTS

1 pk (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 Carton (16 oz) small curd cottage cheese
8 oz Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
1/4 c Butter, melted
3 tb Flour
5 Eggs, beaten

INSTRUCTIONS

(I added some garlic powder and Tabasco sauce)
Combine all ingredients. Pour into a buttered round casserole. Bake at 350
degrees 1 hour and 15 minutes (or til nicely browned). Let set 10 minutes.
