Name: Spinach Mold Salad
Ingredients: 2 pk (3 Oz) Lemon Gelatin; 1 3/4 c Boiling Water; 3 dr Tobasco Sauce; 3 tb Vinegar; 1 c Mayonnaise; 1 pk Frozen Chopped Spinach; Uncooked; 2/3 c Diced Celery; 2 tb Chopped Onion; Salt And Pepper; To Taste; 1 1/2 c Small curd cottage cheese

As Jesus says in Luke 22:26, “Let the leader become as one who serves.” The husband who plops himself down in front of the TV and orders his wife around like a slave has abandoned the way of Christ. Jesus bound Himself with a towel and washed the apostles’ feet. Woe to the husband who thinks his maleness requires of him a domineering, demanding attitude toward his wife. If you want to be a Christian husband, you become a servant, not a boss.

1 3/4	c	Boiling Water

1	pk	Frozen Chopped Spinach; Uncooked
2/3	c	Diced Celery
2	tb	Chopped Onion
		Salt And Pepper; To Taste
1 1/2	c	Small curd cottage cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Dissolve gelatin in the 1 3/4 cup. boiling water. Add the next 7
ingredients, then fold in the cottage cheese. Pour into a 6-cup mold.
Refrigerate until set.
