3/4 | c | Flour |
1/2 | t | Salt |
1/4 | t | Dried mustard |
1/2 | c | Melted butter or margarine |

1/2 | c | Half and half |
1/4 | c | Chopped onion |

1/2 | t | Nutmeg |

INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare Crust: Mix the crust ingredients together. Knead and press into a pie pan. Set aside Prepare filling: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix the filling ingredients in a saucepan. Heat while stirring constantly. Do not boil. Add three eggs slightly beaten that are room temperature. Stir. Add the spinach and stir gently. Pour this mixture into your pan.
