INSTRUCTIONS
Thaw frozen spinach and squeeze all liquid out. Mix all other ingredients
with spinach. Remove crust from bread. Spread 1 slice of bread with
mayonnaise, then spread with spinach mixture. Cut in fourths, diagonally,
to make tea sandwiches. Yield: 10 large or 20 tea sandwiches.
