INGREDIENTS

| 1 | lb | Monteray jack, cubed |
| 3/4 | c | Flour |

| 2 | Eggs, beaten |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix and pour in 7 x 11" pan. Bake at 400 for 30 Minutes (or 350 for 45 minutes) Cool and cut. May be served warm or cold.
