INSTRUCTIONS
1. In large bowl, mix onions, cilantro, parsley, bacon bits, mayonnaise,
sour cream, and dressing mix.
2. Tear spinach into pieces and add to mixture; mix well.
3. Spread 1/8 of mixture over each tortilla; roll up, leaving ends open.
4. Slice into bite-size pieces before serving.
NOTES : These are delicious when warm. Pop into microwave to heat just
before serving.
