From: H A Kantrud <[email protected]> Date: Sat, 3 Aug 1996 11:42:40 -0500 (CDT) Heat oil til smoking-hot. Add spinach and stir until wilted ('bout a min.). Add the rest of the stuff and toss in pan/wok 30 second. serve immediately thereafter. As an aside, i'd recommend this served over a bed of cold Basmati, or even Jasmine rice- garnish w/ mint.
