INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place prepared chiles and spices in blender,
and run on high. Strain mixture and place in frying pan. add oil, water.
fry 15 min. over med. heat. fry tortillas in hot oil, dont over cook. Drain
oil and place on paper towels. dip tortillas in sauce fill with cheese and
onion. place rolled tortillas in baking dish. pour over remaining sauce and
cheese. bake about 25 min. remove let cool and serve. serves 4
