INGREDIENTS

1/4 | c | Wine, white |
2 | Cloves garlic, crushed | |

1 | Small piece of gingerroot OR | |
1 tb ground ginger |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix ingredients well. Add meat and marinate 4 hours or more. Remove from marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Place in smoker and smoke for desired time using favorite fuel.
