INSTRUCTIONS
COCOA FROSTING

Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bring margarine, vegetable oil,
cocoa powder and water to a boil in a large saucepan, stirring constantly.
Remove pan from stove. Stir baking soda into buttermilk, adding to cocoa
mixture along with cinnamon, flour, sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt. Stir
until well mixed. Pour batter into a greased and floured 13x9x2-inch baking
pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Ice with Cocoa Frosting while cake is still
warm.
COCOA FROSTING: Bring margarine, buttermilk and cocoa to boil in a medium
saucepan. Remove pan from heat. Beat in powdered sugar and vanilla; while
still warm pour on cake. Top with nuts, if desired.
