INSTRUCTIONS
Rinse the fresh or frozen peas in hot water and drain thoroughly.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the peas with the celery, cauliflower,
green onion, pimiento, cashews, and bacon. Mix in the sour cream.
In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the Ranch salad dressing, Dijon
mustard, and garlic.
Pour the mixture over the vegetables and toss gently to blend.
Refrigerate until serving time.
