3 Or 4 zucchini, or yellow

1 c Whole kernel corn
1/3 Onion, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix above ingredients and cook (or steam) until tender.  Drain and
top=20 with:  3/4 cup grated cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese.  Bake
