1 Celery stalk
4 Parsley stems
1 Fresh thyme sprig
1 Bay leaf
3 Leek leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

cut the celery in half, place herbs in the center, then wrap leek leaves
around the outside.
tie with butchers string and toss in a stock or soup or tie to the handle
NOTES : will season approx 1 gallon stock.
