INSTRUCTIONS

Place rib roast, rib ends down, on a rack in open roasting pan. Roast
in preheated 300 oven to desired doneness:
18-20 minutes per lb. for rare 22-25 minutes per lb. for medium 27-30
minutes per lb. for well done.
