2 1/2 T Coarse salt
2 T Garlic powder
1 T Worcestershire powder, look
for Le Chateau
2 t Ground ginger
2 t Dry mustard
1 t Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all the spices together and store in an airtight container for up
to 8 weeks. Tailored for tender cuts of meats.  Food and Wine June 1995
