INSTRUCTIONS
Trim most of the fat from the steak With a fork, pierce on both sides. Cut
into serving pieces for at least6 people. Place flour in an Oven Cooking
Bag, shake to coat the inside of the bag. Add steak pieces and shake to
coat well. Place bag in a 2 quart baking dish. Pour beef broth and wine
into bag. To seal the bag tie loosely with a strip of plastic, or string,
leaving a small space for steam to escape. Microwave at high (100%) for 5
minutes. Microwave at medium (50%) for 25 minutes. Turn roast over. Add
onions. Microwave at medium (50%) until fork tender, 20 to 25 minutes. Let
stand 10 minutes. Slit top of bag. Remove meat and onions, sprinkling with
salt and pepper, if desired. Pour gravy into pitcher and serve separately.
