From: dan@clark.net (Dan Eisenreich) (COLLECTION) Date: 4 May 1994 02:46:47 GMT In a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole, combine rhubarb and apples. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle over rhubarb and apples. Toss well to coat them evenly. Cover with plastic wrap (leave a small vent on 1 side so that steam can escape). Microwave on HIGH for 9 to 12 minutes, until rhubarb and apples are tender. Rotate the dish 1/4 turn every 4 minutes.
