INGREDIENTS

16 Baby carrots, scraped
1 ts Soy margarine
1/8 ts Nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS

Steam baby carrots in a saucepan with 1/4" of water
until tender-crisp. Should take about 4 minutes.
Drain & toss with the margarine & nutmeg. Allow 8
carrots with each serving, arrange them on plates in a
fan shape with the narrow tips pointing down.
