INGREDIENTS

1 (3-4 pound) chicken
1 Lobster
1/2 lb Pike
1 tb Smoked ham
3/4 ts Salt
1 ds Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Bone chicken, leaving its skin and natural shape intact (see "How-to
Section").
2. Shell and mince lobster. Bone and mince pike. Mince smoked ham. Then
combine with salt and pepper.
3. Stuff chicken with mixture; then sew up securely or skewer. Place in a
large heatproof bowl. Steam until done (about 2 hours). See "How-to
Section".
