INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cut pork in 1-inch cubes. Combine soy sauce, sugar, Five Spices and
salt. Add to pork and toss. Refrigerate, covered, overnight.
2. Peel potatoes and cut in 1-1/2 inch cubes. Arrange in a deep
heatproof bowl with pork cubes on top. Pour the pork marinade over.
3. Steam on a rack until done (about 1-1/2 hours). See HOW-TO SECTION.
